Here’s a blow to the mentally ill homosexuals. On Friday, September 15th., The Associated Press released this headline, “Kansas will no longer change trans people’s birth certificates to reflect their gender identities.”
TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Kansas will no longer change transgender people’s birth certificates to reflect their gender identities, the state health department said Friday, citing a new law that prevents the state from legally recognizing those identities.
The decision from the state Department of Health and Environment makes Kansas one of a handful of states that won’t change transgender people’s birth certificates. It already was among the few states that don’t change the gender marker on transgender people’s driver’s licenses.
The new Kansas law was based on a proposal from several national anti-trans groups and part of a wave of measures rolling back transgender rights in Republican-controlled statehouses across the U.S. Montana, Oklahoma and Tennessee also don’t allow transgender residents to change their birth certificates, and Montana and Tennessee don’t allow driver’s licenses changes.
“Gender dysphoria is a code name for mentally ill”., said Thomas Robb, National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas. “When everyone is conceived, God assigns us each with a gender. There are only two. Male and female. You can’t be both, and they are not interchangable. So naturally, our birth certificates should have us listed as either male or female. These are truthful facts. I’m sure some will call me homophobic for stating the facts, but to you I say, each and every man, woman, and child had better be homophobic because God Himself is homophobic! Remember Sodom and Gomorrah? Homosexuality up until 1972 was considered a mental illness. It still is today. If you ask me why I say this, just look at the freakish people at Pride events. One look should tell you that these people suffer from severe mental illness. Kansas took a step in the right direction, as should every State, but it needs to go further than this. A Nationwide ban needs to be put in place that keeps these mentally ill people from practicing their deviancy in public, and if caught doing so, very stiff penalties should be given, including being locked into a lunitic asylum, because that’s exactly where lunitics belong”.
