The San Bernardino Police released the 911 audio, in which the caller makes a complaint about a “man who’s really drunk and he’s waving around a gun.”

This black was under the influence, jumping on vehicles, and waving a firearm around! What outcome should be expected here? Everyone’s actions have consequences. Stupid actions sometimes have to unfortunately end with deadly consequences.”
