A Democrat that owns guns? Well, not anymore, they were stolen. This article from Breitbart News, was published Sunday, September 11th., and was headlined, “Guns Stolen from Home of Los Angeles Democrat Mayoral Candidate Karen Bass.”
Los Angeles Mayor candidate Karen Bass (D) announced that she came home Friday night to find that her home had been broken into and two firearms stolen.
FOX 5 noted that the two firearms that were stolen were “safely and securely stored.”
The guns were also registered, per California law.
FOX News reported Bass’s announcement, which said, in part, “Last night, I came home and discovered that my house had been broken into and burglarized. LAPD was called, and I appreciate their assistance.
Earlier in 2022, during a mayoral debate sponsored by FOX 5, Bass was asked to rank, on a scale of one to ten, how safe she feels when walking in L.A.
She responded, “I do feel safe. I would say a ten. I do feel safe, but I understand some other people around the city do not feel safe.”
Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas spoke saying, “Karen Bass is running for Mayor of Los Angeles as a Democrat, and I wonder how she feels that it’s the Democrats trying to disarm law-abiding citizens? She seems, from the article, to be quite upset about having her firearms stolen, but even if they are ever found and returned to candidate Bass, her own party will be coming to ‘steal’ them again if they have their way. It also makes me wonder, Ms. Bass says she feels safe in Los Angeles, and unless she traveled to do so, I’m sure there isn’t much hunting to do in the city of Los Angeles, so if she feels safe in the streets of LA, and doesn’t hunt, why does she own firearms? I don’t know, but could it be that she knows America’s forefathers added the Second Amendment as a way for citizens to protect themselves from a tyrannical government, one that she is attempting to enter herself? Whatever the case may be, it is our God-given right, protected by the Constitution to own, and carry firearms.”
