Another nail in the coffin of forced acceptance of non-reality! On Friday, December 12. 2025 The Federalist ran this headline, “ADF: Employees Don’t Have To Lie About Sex Pronouns At Work.”
If your workplace says you must call a man in a dress by the pronouns “she/her,” you can say “No,” according to the lawyers at the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).
This has happened twice to Betsy Sayre of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, once in 2022 when she was able to resolve it on her own, and again in 2024. But a strongly worded letter from ADF to her company has now resolved it for good.
Sayre has enjoyed working at BKV Corporation, an energy company, since 2017. But in 2022, BKV introduced a new DEI policy, which said:
“An employee has the right to be addressed by the name and pronoun of the employee’s choice…. An employee’s coworkers are expected to be respectful of the employee’s choice and to use [the] name and pronouns requested by the employee. Intentional use of the employee’s former [n]ame and/or pronoun is a violation of this Policy and may constitute unlawful harassment.”
But what about Sayre’s right to live out her Christian faith?
The Alliance Defending Freedom said, “Betsy Sayre has a legal right to a religious accommodation,” ADF Legal Counsel Logan Spena wrote in the letter. “Any adverse action taken against her because of her refusal to certify that she will engage in speech or conduct against her religious observance violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.”
“Not only is homosexuality a sin, but up until 1973 it was listed as a mental illness.” said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, and Pastor of the Christian Revival Center, both centrally located in Harrison, Arkansas. “I don’t know if there’s a booklet out there with all these silly pronouns in them that we as heterosexuals are supposed to study, but how in the world would any normal person know what to call these freaks? In some places it’s a hate crime to not use these silly pronouns! First I’ll address this on the religious side, which is simple. Homosexuality is a sin. Open your Bible and read what happened to Sodom and Gomorrah. So there’s nothing to debate about that. Now socially, what other mental illness are we told to play into as being normal, and actually treated as a crime if you don’t? Anyone who claims that homosexuality is not a mental illness must not have ever seen a Pride event. This mass recognition of homosexuality being normal is a threat to our society. Weak minded peoples minds become decayed into seeing something that is a sin, as something that is good and normal, and the thing to do to be cool. This is nothing less than Satan at work inside of these peoples minds and that is something that does not belong in White, Christian country, and when it is tolerated, we are mirroring and reflecting back to God that we are all evil and deserving of the destruction as happened in Sodom and Gomorrah.”
