Knights Party Press Release: May 24. 2021

If law enforcement does treat black’s differently, maybe it’s because of comments like NewsBuster reported in this headline from Saturday, May 22nd, “MSNBC Radical Tiffany Cross on Law Enforcement: ‘Time to Burn it Down’.”

Radical MSNBC host Tiffany Cross on Saturday appeared to advocate mass violence as a reaction to the American law enforcement system. Talking to a panel, she ranted, “It feels like it’s just time to burn it down.” Cross reinforced her implicit call to violence moments later, saying: “I have to say, as a people, for my people, I am up for the most radical of things to make sure that we live.”

Nothing subtle there.

What if people take Cross at her word regarding law enforcement and “burn it down,” and do “the most radical of things”?

The National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based in Harrison, Arkansas, Thomas Robb commented saying, “This comment from Tiffany Cross goes beyond being a radical statement. This is actually an outright threat aimed at law enforecement. Imagine a White person saying such a thing! They’d be prosecuted without a second thought. People need to realize that law enforcement doesn’t treat any race differently, it’s the different races that treat law enforcement differently. This is a perfect example of just that. What if people take Ms. Cross literally? If you ask me, I’d say they have been, long before she came out and said it. Maybe it’s why law enforcement takes a different approach towards black’s?”
