America’s Public School Systems are abducting your children! The Daily Caller, on Wednesday July 17. 2024 ran this story, headlined, “‘Potentially Devastating’: Parents Sue Gavin Newsom Over New Law Allowing Schools To Secretly Transition Kids’ Genders.”
California is facing a lawsuit over a new law that bars schools from requiring parents to be notified of their children’s gender dysphoria.
Liberty Justice Center filed the lawsuit on Tuesday on behalf of Chino Valley Unified School District and several concerned parents of California public school children challenging California Assembly Bill 1955, which Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law on Monday. The law immediately faced opposition from parents and lawmakers who feared that the bill trampled parents’ rights and would be harmful to children.
Several California schools had implemented policies that required school officials to notify parents if their child requested to change their pronouns or gender throughout 2023, which faced legal challenges and ultimately prompted the new law.
“PK-12 minor students, most of whom are too young to drive, vote, or provide medical consent for themselves, are also too young to make life-altering decisions about their expressed gender identity without their parents’ knowledge. But that is precisely what AB 1955 enables—with potentially devastating consequences for children too young to fully comprehend them,” Emily Rae, senior counsel at the Liberty Justice Center, said in a statement.
“This is what happens when parents become tolerant.”, said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based in Harrison, Arkansas. “This didn’t happen all at once. This is just a step in the future legalization of pedophilia. You may be thinking I’m crazy, but sadly, this is what is coming in the future. A parent, or several parents that hear my thoughts on this may be saying to themselves, ‘I will never stand for someone molesting my children’. Some of these same parents have allowed the school systems to lead up to sexually mutilating their children! Yes, let that sink in, school systems are implementing sexual mutilations of your children, and you can’t stop them. Parents that were ‘ok’ with the teachings of DEI, the 1619 project, transgender story hour, pornographic books in the library and classrooms, and allowing, and even some parents taking, their children to Pride events, you are to blame for this. What did you think the grooming of your children in the Public School Systems was for? The time to stand up against these immoral practices in the classrooms was when they took prayer out of the schools. You were warned way back then. You see they couldn’t promote homosexuality and all the deviant things that come with it while God was in the classroom. Some thought I was crazy when I said many years ago what was coming when God was removed from classrooms. Do you believe me now?”
