Knights Party Press Release: Apr. 27. 2022

If there is to be true equality in America, everyone needs to follow what’s written in the Constitution. In this headline, “Appeals Court Rules Against University of Central Florida in Free Speech Case: ‘Huge Victory'”, from the Christian Broadcasting Network, published, Monday, April 25th, an Appeals Court thought so too.

A federal appeals court ruled Thursday that a University of Central Florida (UCF) policy targeting “discriminatory harassment” likely violates the First Amendment.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit unanimously sided with Speech First, a non-profit organization committed to protecting freedom of speech on college campuses.

Speech First said in a statement that the lawsuit against UCF was first filed in Feb. 2021 after the school issued rules and regulations that “restrain, deter, suppress, and punish speech about the political and social issues of the day.”

Speaking from his centrally located National Office in Harrison, Arkansas, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, Thomas Robb said, “No private business, public school, university, Big Tech giant, or Social Media outlet should be able to do anything that violates the Constitutional rights of any American citizen. We hear alot about ‘equity’ today in America, but where is the equity for America’s proud, White conservative citizens? This is where equity needs to start. Everyone in America has free speech to say whatever they want, including talk of murder, if you’re a non-white, a liberal, a socialist, a democrat, a homosexual, a jew, an organization that’s against Whites, such as BLM, and others, but if you’re none of the above, if you’re a proud White, Christian, if you’re proud of your White heritage, history, culture, God, and race, your free speech is tossed out the window. We’re to be quiet, we’re not allowed to give our thoughts or opinions. This country belongs to me, and to the millions of people like me, that simply want to be able to express our love of our God, and our love of our race. If you don’t like our beliefs and opinions, that’s your choice. Don’t read what we write, don’t listen to what we say, but we have just as much right to our opinion as anyone. Let’s start here with equity.”
