According to this headline from The Daily Wire, posted on Tuesday, April 26th, “Liberals Bemoan Lost Twitter Followers After Musk Takeover“, it seems the liberals don’t like it when the shoe’s on the other foot.”
Maybe now they know how conservatives on Twitter feel.
After a final deal was announced Monday about billionaire Elon Musk buying Twitter, a slew of liberals came out to bemoan lost followers.
“Just lost 2000 followers. Anyone else losing followers?” Neera Tanden, a Biden nominee who withdrew and longtime supporter of Hillary Clinton, wrote on Twitter.
Gun control activist David Hogg joined in the sobfest, saying, “Oh I thought it was just some really bad takes I posted but guess I’m not alone -3000 today.”
Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, spoke from his centrally located office in Harrison, Arkansas, and had this to say, “If you’re a conservative, and try giving your opinion on any social media site, you are ‘cancelled’. If your views come from a right leaning stance, you’re ‘cancelled’. If you express your Christian beliefs, you’re ‘cancelled’, proud of your White race, ‘cancelled’, what about your White culture, White heritage, and White history? Again, ‘cancelled’, ‘cancelled’, and ‘cancelled’. Even down to the Republican President of the United States, Donald Trump, ‘cancelled’! All this cancelling for our side, and we were told to deal with it. It’s ‘hate’ speech they said. We’re ‘racists’ they said. We didn’t cry about it, we improvised. Now, the shoe is on the other foot, and it’s a travesty. It’s not fair they now say. Just like the liberal left, as they always do when they don’t get their way, they pout. Well, I now say ‘Deal with it’.”
