Meh, it’s just innocent kids. That’s according to Chicago’s Mayor-Elect. “Leftist Chicago Mayor-Elect After Teenagers’ Violent Rampage Through City: Don’t ‘Demonize’ Them“, was the headline from The Daily Wire, published on Monday, April 17th.
After teenagers went on a violent rampage in downtown Chicago Saturday night in which two people were shot, leftist Chicago mayor-elect Brandon Johnson said Sunday that people shouldn’t “demonize” the teenagers.
Over 100 teenagers participated in the violent activity, which included torching cars, engaging in a massive fight, and trying to breach police barricades. Two teenage boys, aged 16 and 17, were shot; 15 people were arrested.
But Johnson, the city’s mayor-elect, lectured critics of the teenagers, issuing a statement in which he said he did not “condone the destructive activity we saw in the Loop and the lakefront this weekend,” but then implied the teenagers’ behavior was not completely their fault, intoning, “However, it is not constructive to demonize youth who have otherwise been starved of opportunities in their own communities.”
“Our city must work together to create spaces for youth to gather safely and responsibly, under adult guidance and supervision, to ensure that every part of our city remains both welcome for both residents and visitors,” he continued, saying it was part of his “comprehensive approach to improve public safety and make Chicago livable for everyone.”
Thomas Robb, National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based out of Harrison, Arkansas, spoke from his office saying, “You would have thought the people of Chicago, after having the black, lesbian, leftist, Lori Lightfoot as mayor, would have wanted to see some change, but apparently not. Our forefathers built our government with a White ruling class, ruling over America’s White citizens. America was founded as a White, Christian Nation, and our forefathers visions was that America would remain a White, Christian Nation, ruled over by White, Christian people. How many non-white people do you think our forefathers put into governmental positions? ZERO! How many non-white countries do you think have White people in governmental positions? This I’m not positive of, but my guess would again be ZERO! If non-white countries had White people in governmental positions, they wouldn’t be 3rd world countries. So my question is, why do we have non-white people in any kind of governmental positions? Being that we do, America is becoming a 3rd world country. You can’t have inferior races governing over a superior race. It’s that simple. I know that right now someone’s is calling me racist for saying that, but no man made the White race superior, God did. Should White Americans be ashamed of being God’s chosen? Absolutely not.”
