Haines City in Polk County, Florida — located between Tampa and Orlando — joins a list of several other southern communities which are experiencing a high population boom. Haines City has seen an increase of 30,000 new residents last year, according to US Census Bureau data, snagging the title as one of the “hottest migration destination[s] in the entire country.”
Labeled as “ex-burbs,” these areas are usually 40-60 miles away from major metropolitan cities and can offer more peaceful ways of life and “affordable housing” options.
Anna, TX, Fort Mill, SC and Lebanon, TN are among the other hot spots that are being lauded for witnessing high population increases.
Increasing its population by a third since 2020, and located 45 miles north of Dallas, the city dubbed as “your hometown,” Anna, TX, shared in a press release earlier this year that its growth could be attributed to location, housing options, and development plans for both residential and commercial.
“This is natural segregation”, said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas. “I’m sure there are some non-whites migrating from crime riddled cities to rural areas, but it’s a majority of White folks. Popular belief says diversity is good, but that isn’t so. A proven fact says each race would rather be among their own kind. They share the same history, culture, and heritage. Take for example animals, both are animals, yet when a farmer puts them out to pasture, they are separated. Horses have their pasture, cows their own pasture, and so on. Do you think the cows look at the horses calling them racists because they can’t share their field with the cows? Of course not! That would be ridiculous! It’s nature to wish to be around your own kind. Non-Whites by nature don’t want to conform to White culture, and Whites don’t wish to conform to non-white culture. Some think segregation is a racist belief, but in nature, segregation is happening right now naturally, like it or not.”
