President Donald Trump continued his pressure campaign against the justice system on Saturday, claiming it was not possible to give migrants the trials they’re entitled to under the law.
In a Saturday Truth Social post, Trump expressed a desire to circumvent immigration courts and skip due process despite a Supreme Court ruling earlier this month that affirmed migrants’ ability to seek judicial review before getting deported.
“It is not possible to have trials for millions and millions of people,” Trump wrote. “We know who the Criminals are, and we must get them out of the U.S.A. ¬— and FAST!”
Trump further railed against the slew of judges who have blocked his immigration agenda, including his push to end federal funding for sanctuary cities and require proof of citizenship to vote. Trump officials, including Vice President JD Vance, have claimed the judges’ orders subvert the will of voters who elected him to push his hardline immigration agenda.
“We need Courageous JUSTICE in our Country,” the president wrote. “If the Courts don’t allow what we have been allowed to do for 250 years, America can no longer be the same. Crooked Joe Biden will have destroyed our Country with his Open Border MADNESS, and allowing criminals of every type to enter with no Retribution.”
The post comes days after the Federal Bureau of Investigation arrested a district court judge in Wisconsin for allegedly obstructing federal agents’ efforts to arrest an undocumented immigrant from her courtroom. Attorney General Pam Bondi said the administration “will come after” judges it believes are impeding its enforcement efforts.
“We will prosecute you,” she told Fox News on Saturday. “We will find you.”
“You can’t talk to these radicals in a way they can understand, even if you break it down to a 3rd grade level. They are so disillusioned.” said Thomas Robb, National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based in Harrison, Arkansas. “Current information says there 1.8 million illegals in the United States. This same information says it takes about 5 years for an illegal to become a citizen. If the illegal is married to a U.S. citizen it’s 3 years. There is only 700 immigration judges in America. With this information, each immigration judge would have a backlog of 2,857 illegals to process. Now you have to consider all the illegals still crossing the border, adding to a judges backlog of cases. If a judge was able to process 10 cases a day, it would take them 7 years to clear their backlog. Now imagine how many illegals cross in a 7 year period. And consider these crooked judges that are protecting these invaders! We have this crooked judge from Wisconsin, and I also heard Glenn Beck, of The Blaze say there is another judge and his wife that were arrested in New Mexico who were harboring Tren de Aragua gang members in their basement! I’m with President Trump on this one, our judicial system needs upended, and these gang member sympathizing judges need deported right along with the gang members they are harboring.”
