When you’re looking for certain individuals, sure, lets call it racial profiling. On Monday, June 16. 2025, NewsMax ran this headline, “DHS: Racial Profiling Charges ‘Disgusting, False’.
The Department of Homeland Security called out “disgusting” and “categorically false” reports as “smears” from the Los Angeles Times that claim DHS agents are racially profiling.
“Any claims that individuals have been ‘targeted’ by law enforcement because of their skin color are disgusting and categorically false,” the DHS X account’s statement Monday read, linking to the LA Times’ report from Sunday headlined: “Fears of racial profiling rise as Border Patrol conducts ‘roving patrols,’ detains U.S. citizens.
“These types of smears are designed to demonize and villainize our brave ICE law enforcement.”
The LA Times report outlined an instance of an American being detained for questioning in the case of a protest-related assault of an officer, according to DHS assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
“DHS enforcement operations are highly targeted, and officers do their due diligence,” DHS’ Monday statement, attributed to McLaughlin by the report, continued. “We know who we are targeting ahead of time. If and when we do encounter individuals subject to arrest, our law enforcement is trained to ask a series of well-determined questions to determine status and removability.
“We will follow the president’s direction and continue to work to get the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens off of America’s streets.”
“This is how desperate the left is getting, LA Times ran an article that is true, but it’s also exactly what the Department of Homeland Security must do to protect American citizens.” said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas. “First of all, where are a majority of these invaders coming from? Honduras, Venezuela, Guatemala, and Mexico to name a few. So when millions of these people entered America illegally under the Biden administration, wouldn’t it make sense that these are the people that would be stopped and asked for paperwork? And wouldn’t it also make sense that companies that are know to use illegals as laborers be the companies targeted for raids? To say that ICE is racially profiling people, yes, of course they are when we know these are the places where a majority of illegals came from. If White Americans invaded a non-white third world country by the millions, don’t you think when the non-whites were looking for us to deport, they would be looking at and for White people? The Democracts and their cronies see their chances of winning any elections in the near future dissolving when they are losing what they thought would be their voter base, and so, they are pulling at straws to prevent this from happening. To avoid problems with ICE, number one, don’t be here illegally, and number two, stop hiring illegals and taking jobs from Americans. If you don’t use illegals as workers, and you have paperwork showing you’re allowed to be here legally, you have nothing to worry about.”
