A California district attorney is requiring her prosecutors to consider looters’ “needs” when weighing criminal charges against them.
The new mandate, set forth by Contra Costa County District Attorney Diane Becton, makes it tougher to prosecute looting cases in the county, which sits just outside San Francisco.
Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party, based in Harrison Arkansas said, “How many White ‘looters’ have you seen on your television? This is an attempt to decriminalize even more crimes committed by blacks. If White American’s don’t soon wake up to what’s really happening in America, America will soon be a non-white country, and Whites in America will have targets on their backs.”
