Pride or racism? Many seem confused, from non-white politicians to mainstream media news. On Monday, May 3rd, Breitbart News posted this headline, “Omar: There’s ‘Emotional Exhaustion’ from Talking with People Who Insist U.S. Isn’t Racist.”
On Monday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “The ReidOut,” Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) stated that there is emotional fatigue among black lawmakers because they have to have conversations with those “who want to turn a blind eye to the injustices that exist within our systems, who continue to insist that this country is not a country that is racist, that our systems don’t have racism embedded in them.”
Speaking from the National Office of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based in Harrison, Arkansas, National Director, Thomas Robb said, “Thanks to the mainstream media, and these non-white politicians speaking out of hate for America and it’s White citizens, many people today are confusing ‘pride’ for ‘racism’. This is purposely done to persuade you, as a White, law-abidding, Christian citizen into thinking that somehow you owe these non-white invaders in our country something because God has blessed you, as his chosen people. Every non-white country in the world has it’s natural born citizens that are proud of their culture, heritage, and history. We as White’s, have nothing in common with these non-white countries or its people, so if we invaded their country, like they do ours, we wouldn’t ‘fit’ in. Now in all reality, do you think these non-white countries and it’s citizen’s would ever concider themselves racist because we didn’t fit in with their culture, heritage, and history? Of course not! So why should we? If we didn’t fit in, we’d leave.” (hint…hint).
