Knights Party Press Release: May 14. 2021

It seems when truth is spoken, it’s not well received, but it’s ok to push Critical Race Theory down White children’s throats, which in fact, it’s just that, a theory…a non-white theory. On Thursday, May 13th, Fox News ran this headline, “School under fire for lesson that claimed George Floyd died of heart attack.”

A New York high school teacher is under fire after she told students George Floyd died of a heart attack and drug overdose.

English teacher Hope Antonelli made the claim about Floyd as part of a ninth-grade English assignment on Friday, The Times Herald-Record reported.

The assignment asked students to “create a bold topic/thematic sentence.”

“George Floyd did not die because (Derek) Chauvin’s knee was on his neck,” said the assignment, which has since made the rounds on social media.

“He died from a heart attack and drug overdose. However, because Chauvin used excessive force and failed to render aid, he was convicted on all three counts by a jury of his peers. (Arrest was over a counterfeit $20 bill).”

National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based in Harrison Arkansas, Thomas Robb said, “We all know it, whether we admit it or not, that George Floyd died of a drug overdose. I’m no drug addict specialist, but common sense tells me from what I’ve read and seen on the news about methamphetamines and fentynal, that both are very dangerous drugs that reek havock on someone’s body. Including the heart. So for someone to say George Floyd died of a heart attack, it’s not out of the realm of possibilities, and highly possible. In my opinion, a heart attack or a medical problem caused by drug addiction makes more sense to me than an officer using a technique he was taught in the police academy, and probably used many times on someone not under the influence of drugs without any problems. This makes sense, but in today’s world, if it makes sense, it can’t be the correct answer!”
