We need a Bill to arrest illegal immigrants? On Wednesday, November 15th., The Messenger published this headline, “Texas Approves Bill That Allow State Police to Arrest Illegal Border Crossers“.
The Texas House of Representatives passed immigration bills on Tuesday allocating more than $1.5 billion for border barriers and making it a crime to illegally cross the Texas-Mexico border.
One bill sets aside $1.54 billion for the construction of additional border barriers and pays for state troopers to patrol Colony Ridge, an exurb Republicans say harbors undocumented immigrants.
A second bill would make it a misdemeanor to illegally cross the border from Mexico to the U.S., with the possibility of escalating to a felony if the undocumented immigrant faces other charges.
None of the amendments proposed by Democrats were added to the bills, which now head to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk for consideration.
“Illegal needs to mean illegal”, said Thomas Robb, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, based out of Harrison, Arkansas, with members across the Nation. “If you or I, as White citizens do something illegal we have a consequence for what we have done. Depending on the seriousness of what we did, punishments can be harsh. We know it’s illegal to steal, sell drugs, rob, rape, and so forth, and a judge would be sure to hand out a sentence that’s appropriate for whatever crime we committed, and I’m sure he would remind us that we did something illegal. Now on the other hand, we have illegal invaders coming across our border and we need a Bill written up to be able to arrest and deport them? This makes no sense. In America, ‘illegal’ means absolutely nothing if it’s in front of the word ‘immigrant’. It’s pretty bad when law enforcement needs the governments permission to arrest someone here illegally. In my opinion, every White citizen in America should hold the power to arrest these illegals. What happened to a citizen’s power to make an arrest? What needs to happen in America is that the word ‘illegal’, really means illegal. Not for some, but for all.”
