A loss for women in Utah, at least according to this headline, “Utah’s Republican Governor Vows To Veto Bill Protecting Women’s Sports“, as reported by The Daily Wire, on Monday, March 7th.
Utah’s Republican governor has vowed to veto legislation banning biological males from women’s sports.
House Bill 11 would require that student athletes participate in sports based on the biological sex listed on their birth certificate. The legislation passed the state Senate on Friday after passing the state legislature in February.
“I just want them to know that it’s gonna be okay,” Utah Governor Spencer Cox said Friday of transgender students when he vowed to veto the bill, the Associated Press reported. “We’re gonna work through this.”
Cox did not immediately respond to a request for comment from The Daily Wire.
Speaking from his centrally located National Office, in Harrison, Arkansas, the National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, Thomas Robb was quoted as saying, “I’ve always said that when election times roll around in America, citizens only have the choice of chosing between the lesser of two evils. This is a perfect example as to why I say this is so. We all know, at least us patriots, that the Republican party shows more patriotism towards America most of the time. But neither party shows patriotism towards America, or it’s citizens 100% of the time. Our forefathers built this nation, and founded this country, and it’s government, as a White, Christian nation, ruled over by God’s laws, not man’s, 100% of the time. Not here and there, according to the day’s social ‘whims’. This is what America needs to return to, a country run by God’s laws. America doesn’t need sodomite loving politicians in our government”.
