Knights Party Press Release: May 27. 2022

Levine is close, but not quite. This headline from The Washington Examiner, was published on Wednesday, May 25th, “Mark Levin says shootings can stop with return to Judeo-Christian roots“.

Fox News host Mark Levin rejected politics and additional legislation as the solution to gun violence sweeping the nation.

Amid renewed discussion of gun control in light of Tuesday’s elementary school shooting in Uvalde, Texas, Levin called for the celebration of Judeo-Christian principles during The Mark Levin Show on Tuesday evening.

“I think a little bit more faith would help in the schools and in the public square,” Levin said. “It’s not such a terrible thing, and yet, we have secularized everything. I think a little bit more respect for the American people in the media rather than bringing on racists, some bigots who push their agenda. Couldn’t hurt.”

Levin blasted the disrespect and attacks toward families and faith.

“The culture in so many respects has been devoured,” he said.

The host, though, said there is “no simple answer to these things.”

“We need to celebrate Americanism. We need to celebrate the Judeo-Christian principles that went into the founding of this nation. And if you’re not Jewish, you’re not Christian, there’s no reason to take offense. You came here — a family member came here because of the nature of the country,” Levin said. “You don’t have to be Jewish or Christian, but facts are facts. It was founded on a Judeo-Christian belief system which embraces Western civilization and the Renaissance, the Reformation, and all these things.”

National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas, Thomas Robb said, ” Mark Levine is correct about one thing, but not Judeo-Christian beliefs. Some Judeo-Christian churches preach, and even promote such things as race-mixing and homosexuality. Neither have any Christian ideals about them, as a matter of fact, they are the two biggest sins spoken of, and against, in the Scriptures. America wasn’t founded on Judeo-Christian beliefs. I can prove this with the following facts, our forefathers were against both race-mixing, and homosexuality, both which carried a death sentence carried out by God himself. You needn’t look very hard into the Scriptures to find these facts. The flood in the days of Noah, because of race-mixing, and the story of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah over homosexuality. Many don’t know this fact, but Abraham Lincoln himself wasn’t a lover of non-whites. Once freed, his intentions were to send the blacks back to Africa, as he knew, if they remained here, race-mixing would take place. I always preach that America’s citizens need to repent for allowing these two sins, and many others to take place, before we as a White, Christian nation can move forward. So Mark Levine is correct that America needs to turn to religion to save itself, but it needs to be the religion that our forefathers founded America on. That certainly wasn’t Judeo-Christian beliefs”.
