Well..well.well..Look what the cat dragged in! On Wednesday, April 22. 2026 The Daily Wire reported the lid has finally been blown off the leftist organization the SPLC with an article headlined, “FLASHBACK: SPLC Falsely Accused Border Patrol Agents Of Whipping Haitian Migrants”.
The now scandal-plagued Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) once falsely claimed that Border Patrol agents whipped Haitian migrants at the southern border, a review by The Daily Wire found.
In June 2022, the SPLC released a statement for World Refugee Day, stating that “U.S. Border Patrol agents on horseback infamously chased Black Haitian asylum-seekers with reins raised like a lash.” The false narrative emerged after horseback Border Patrol agents were seen using their reins to maneuver around a horde of Haitian migrants crossing illegally into Del Rio, Texas, in September 2021.
At the time, the agents were outnumbered by a crush of thousands of Haitians that had amassed along the bank of the Rio Grande in a matter of days.
An internal Customs and Border Protection (CBP) probe found that the agents never whipped migrants.
The Justice Department announced a grand jury indictment against the SPLC, alleging that the left-wing group secretly funneled millions of dollars to white supremacist groups.
The SPLC was charged with 11 counts of wire fraud, false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to conceal money laundering.
Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche said Tuesday that the group was “manufacturing the extremism it purports to oppose by paying sources to stoke racial hatred.”
“We all knew about the manufactured ‘hate crimes’ brought about by the SPLC”. said Thomas Robb, National Director of the Knights Party of the Ku Klux Klan, centrally based in Harrison, Arkansas. “We knew this, but what comes as a shock is the there were so-called White Nationalist organizations being paid off to commit some of these hate crimes. Not only was it wrong of the SPLC to pay for manufactured hate crimes, it’s worse that there actually White Nationist organizations on their payroll willing to do these deeds. In my opinion, the organizations are at a bigger fault by accepting money to facilitate hate crimes for the SPLC to report on. It’s bad organizations like this that set our people back in the eyes of the public. How are people supposed to trust the very organizations claiming to fight for our race when they get caught up in such schemes? We look no better than the Black Lives Matter organizations that stole donations to live the life of luxury! These organizations that helped the SPLC make us look bad have put a black mark on all White Nationist organizations. How can you sell out your race to the enemy and portray yourself as a warrior for your White race? Shame on the SPLC, but a bigger shame on those who acted like they cared about the survival of the White race!”
